IOLUG Diversity and Inclusion Statement IOLUG fosters and promotes an inclusive environment that encourages the broadest possible field of voices and opportunities for professional growth and lifelong learning for library workers. 

IOLUG’s inclusive philosophy transcends visible diversity as well as library type and geographic location to engage and honor what makes each individual unique.
